37th Annual CASE ASAP Network Convention
Testimonials
"Attending the CASE ASAP Convention has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career. I really enjoyed strengthening my university's organization by learning from other student alumni association members from around the nation and making many lasting friendships in the process."
Kevin Colman, University of Rhode Island '11, and 2009 Peter Buchanan Scholarship recipient
"Attending the National Convention in Baltimore allowed me to build upon my existing knowledge so that I can be a stronger leader for my student alumni association. I had the opportunity to network with other student leaders as we exchanged ideas and shared insider tips on successful programming. The beauty of a CASE ASAP conference is that each student has extreme pride in their respective school, a plethora of programs that exhibit that school spirit at that school, and a warm camaraderie that encourages each student to share their knowledge to allow a transfer of said spirit to another institution."
Macaela Holmes, Grinnell College '10, and 2009 Peter Buchanan Scholarship recipient
"The Network Convention helps me re-energize my "batteries" and gets me thinking about ways I can improve my programs, my student organization and myself. It's a perfect way to start the new academic year!"
Wesley Dunham, Assistant Director for Student and Alumni Programs, UMASS Amherst
CASE ASAP Adviser for the UMASS Amherst Student Alumni Association
The CASE ASAP conference is a wonderful opportunity for student leaders to bond, network with colleagues across the country, gain expertise in various areas of organizational effectiveness, and most of all have lots of fun! I began traveling with students to the conference three years ago. We take our executive leadership team and the conference serves as a retreat and professional development experience. We utilize non-workshop time to meet and solidify plans for the upcoming year. This is also a great time for me to network and learn about best practices from other schools.
