Advisers!

This year, we are making improvements to the Adviser Track to enhance your convention experience. To that end, below is a list of popular topics advisers have suggested they would like to see as part of this track. If you have had program success with any of these topics, consider submitting a proposal to present at the convention.

We are looking for advisers to lead sessions on:

• How to run a successful membership recruitment and interviewing process
• How to avoid cliques in your group and how to manage senior-itis
• Balancing adviser role with other job responsibilities
• Mentoring your students
• Moving members from involved students to engaged alums - how to retain your students as alumni association members
