Antonia Yeung has over 15 years of experience in the higher education sector, specializing initially in student development, promotion of arts and culture, communication and event management. She is currently the director of alumni affairs at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), overseeing the development of alumni relations and communication as well as the strategic support and engagement of over 100 alumni bodies of CUHK worldwide.
Having developed a career in community services, marketing and communications in Canada and subsequently in her native Hong Kong, Yeung dedicated her passion to higher education, with a particular interest in training and development. She has been APSSA Fellow with the Asia-Pacific Student Services Association and has shared her cross-cultural experience and initiatives at workshops and conferences across regions.
Yeung read linguistics at McGill University and pursued postgraduate training in communication studies in Montreal, specializing in mass media and television/ radio production. She did her MBA with CUHK and is a Certified Program Planner for educational activities.

Marie Earl served as associate vice president, alumni for the University of British Columbia and executive director of the UBC Alumni Association from 2005 to mid-2010. Prior to joining UBC, Earl served as director of alumni relations at the Stanford Alumni Association, as executive director of industry initiatives for science & math education (a nonprofit foundation established by leading high technology corporations and post-secondary institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area to benefit K-12 educators), and as manager of education and science policy for the American Electronics Association. She earned undergraduate and master's degrees from Stanford University. |
Julie Mannion Julie Mannion is alumni relations manager at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. Previously she was faculty administration manager, executive officer to the vice chancellor at QUT and a teacher. She is a board member of the Zonta Club of Brisbane, and was a member of the organising committee for the Australian Universities International Alumni Convention (AUIAC) in 2006 and for the ADAPE International Conference in 2008. Mannion's qualifications include a Certificate of Teaching, a bachelor's degree, Graduate Diploma in Commercial Computing and a master's degree in business administration (with distinction). |

He is the founder and author of "Alumni Futures," a blog and consultancy focused on new directions in education management. His focus is on the growth of technology in this field, with an emphasis on advancement-alumni relations, fundraising and communications. He has published articles in CURRENTS magazine, has written or co-authored chapters for three CASE books and for a commercially published book about online business networking. Involved with CASE since 1989,he is the chair of the Commission on Alumni Relations (through 2011). He also serves on the CASE Board of Trustees. Shaindlin chaired the EDUCAUSE Task Force on Identity Management in Higher Education, served on the CASE Web Advisory Committee, and in 2009 joined the editorial board of the International Journal of Educational Advancement. He has presented at dozens of conferences for CASE, the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education, the Council of Alumni Association Executives and the European Association for International Education. While at Caltech he was a member of the Association of Private College and University Alumni Directors (PCUAD), and is currently a volunteer member of the Academic Advisory Board of Illuminate Consulting Group. Nathalie Walker has worked in alumni relations since she was an undergraduate at Cambridge. She returned to her alma mater as head of alumni relations in 2008. She is currently head of the newly established Cambridge Alumni Relations Office (CARO). Created in 2008 to demonstrate the university's commitment to its alumni, the Alumni Team is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with alumni throughout the world, and working with colleges, departments and societies to ensure that alumni remain connected to and engaged with the University. Prior to returning to Cambridge, Walker was head of alumni relations at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and before that at Warwick Business School. She started her full-time career at Christ's College, Cambridge as alumni officer, although her first foray into the world of alumni relations was as a student caller (annual fund telethons) working for the university. She has been a CASE volunteer for some years and has been involved with organising three CASE Europe annual conferences as well as speaking at many alumni related conferences. |

Joelle has worked in higher education and advancement for over fifteen years holding positions at King's College, Cambridge and INSEAD in France and Singapore. She is active CASE volunteer and currently serves as a member of the CASE Board of Trustees. |
