As a member of the Foundation senior staff, Terry Callaghan provides strategic system implementation and advancement services support to the Foundation, Alumni Relations and the university. She is also responsible for the Foundation and Alumni Relations web presence and online community. She is currently the co-chair of the Association for Advancement Services Professionals Best Practice Committee for Information Technology. She is past chair of the SunGard Advance User Group and Product Advisory Group and founding chair of the SunGard Advance Web Access User Group.

Bill Kavan serves as the vice president of product management for SunGard Higher Education's advancement solutions, determining the future product direction for the Advance Suite, Banner Advancement, and PowerCAMPUS Advancement. He collaborates with customers, prospects, industry experts, management and development to identify, plan, build and deliver innovative solutions to organizations committed to building strong constituent relations. Kavan comes to SunGard with a substantial advancement and technology background spanning more than 19 years including serving as a professional advancement staff member at multiple higher education institutions and nonprofits.

David RoloffDavid Roloff

As director of membership and marketing of the Mizzou Alumni Association, David Roloff works to understand what drives and motivates alumni and building effective membership and e-communication programs to reach them. He has worked as a college-niche marketing specialist for 25 years, gaining experience in alumni relations, student auxiliary services, student media and university publications/alumni communication.

His work has received numerous CASE national and district marketing, membership and multimedia awards. A presenter at both national and district conferences, Roloff has been recognized as a Faculty Star by CASE.
