With these resources as guides, together with a multilayered decision-making tool for ethical dilemmas, common challenges that advancement professionals face will be vetted, encouraging consideration of consequences. When scenarios of the "What If" genre are explored, audience surveys will help bring us to consensus about the optimum courses of action to take.

Lynne D. Becker

Lynne Becker is a principal at eAdvancement Services. Most recently she served as the interim director of development management systems at Southern Methodist University. Most recently, Becker served as principal at eAdvancement Services. She also served as Kintera's vice president and general manager of the health and social services sector. Other positions she has held include director of development systems at American Red Cross and assistant vice president for advancement services at the University of Washington. Becker is the recipient of the CASE Crystal Apple Award for excellence in teaching.
Lisette Clem
Director of Advancement Services
Bryant University
Lisette Clem is the director of advancement services at Bryant University, having previously served in a similar capacity at Providence College for nine years. Additional contributions to the advancement discipline include roles with the Diocese of Providence, Plan USA and the Greater Woonsocket Catholic Regional School System. She has presented at Millennium users conferences and currently serves as chair of the AASP Ethics Committee.
