Annual giving is one operation within development that is ever-changing. What is happening relative to national trends in annual giving-from participation to dollars raised; phone, mail and e-mail trends; and annual giving stewardship? What measures should we be tracking to ensure a successful annual giving program? This seminar will not only explore the national trends in annual giving but will also take an in-depth look at the key benchmarks of a good program-donor retention, reactivation, acquisition and upgrading behaviors.
