There is seemingly no end in sight when it comes to the IRS updating or changing rules pertaining to charitable giving and nonprofit management. Join John Taylor, founder of FundSvcs and president of AASP, for his annual review of what is new and different, as well as what is the same, but frequently misunderstood. Topics under discussion include:

  • An update on IRA Rollover provisions
  • Discussion of IRS review of nonprofit tax-exempt status and what they are focusing on
  • The 2011 benefit limits
  • Donor-advised fund and family (private) foundation issues
  • What is a gift and what is not

You are welcome to add to this list by submitting your questions or areas of concern in advance. To do so, send an e-mail to johnhtaylor@ncsu.edu and include "CASE/AASP webinar" in the subject line. You will also have an opportunity to ask live questions. Every attempt will be made to respond to your question during the session, and if not possible, it will be addressed afterwards by email.
