CURRENTS Article Keeping alumni connected to campus is difficult if your institution operates from as many locations as St. Leo University. In an effort to engage all graduates in the university’s first capital campaign, advancement office intern Denyve Duncan devised an outreach program through which she and three other current students would travel the region meeting alumni and sharing stories of their St. Leo experiences. This article discusses the Student Outreach Alumni Program, the results St. Leo students achieved, and the university’s plans for this summer’s SOAP initiative.
