The goal of the enclosed set of materials is to invite community members and art educators to the annual Student Exhibition Opening reception and sale. The program aides in campus navigation and acts as an additional vehicle to recognize our sponsors.

By reducing the number of full invitations sent out and increasing the use of postcards, we significantly decreased printing and mailing costs over 2005. Additionally, by printing the postcards and tickets on the same print run we realized a savings. The net proceeds increased by almost $9,000 over 2005 and the attendance for the opening increased by 142 guests over 2005 for a total opening night attendance of 1,854.
