Entering the 2012 Circle of Excellence Awards is easier than ever with our streamlined online process. Just follow these easy instructions. Deadline: March 16, 2012.

1. Review/select

Click the category descriptions link. Review the list of categories and select which ones you wish to enter. You can enter as many categories as you like or go back and add categories later.

2. Payment

CASE accepts credit cards for payment of entry fees.

At the completion of the payment process, you will receive a receipt via e-mail stating the categories entered and fees paid. CASE’s Federal I.D. Number is 52-1012307.

3. Key

At the completion of the payment process, you will also receive an e-mail with your unique login key. Please keep this e-mail. If you log out before you are finished or need to go back and edit your work, you will need this key to return to your entry.

4. Entry menu

The entry menu summarizes all the categories you have entered and paid for. It also outlines the required steps to complete each entry.

5. Category entry form

Some parts of this form will auto-populate using the information from the registration form. Please fill in the information unique to this entry (such as the title of your entry and contributors) and change any incorrect information.

6. Questions/attachments

Each category has a set of questions that must be answered before completing this section. These questions replace the abstract that previously was requested. Please supply attachments and information as called for in the instructions. Attachments can be no larger than 4 MB.

7. Print out and mail entry

Print out your entry and cover sheet with mailing instructions for your category. Mail with hard copies of any supporting materials asked for in the category description to the person listed in the mailing instructions (unless the cateogry specifically instructs for online entry only). Please do not mail your entry to CASE unless the instructions specifically call for it.

Caution: be sure to give your entries ample time to arrive at the judging locations. Packages sent by overnight couriers from international locations outside of the United States can take up to a week to arrive.

Entries for certain catorgories are completely online, and there is no need to mail your entry to the judging location. Please check the instructions for each category carefully.  You should always print out a copy for your records.

8. Record at CASE

This very important step concludes the online entry process and records your application with CASE. Be sure to click the "Record at CASE" button when finished with all entries.
