Advancement Services Programs

The category of Advancement Services continues to attract more and more entries, and submissions show particular growth in donor relations events and programs. The higher number indicates that many more institutions are dedicating budgets and staff to this area of advancement.

We were pleased with the number of excellent submissions in the Donor Relations/Customer Service category. A common weakness in several submissions was a lack of assessment of outcome/results, as well as little evaluation of whether programs had, indeed, advanced the stated goals of the program or activity, or publication.
