CASE Europe Matched Funding Volunteer of the Year Award
Do you have a volunteer who has helped your institution raise funds? Or has s/he made introductions to the right people? Or taken responsibility for a particular project?
The CASE Europe Matched Funding Volunteer of the Year Award recognises the outstanding achievements of a volunteer, or team of volunteers, who have substantially contributed to enhancing and sustaining an institution's fundraising performance in maximising the opportunity of the matched funding scheme.

Nominations
Nominations are open to:
- Volunteers supporting institutions registered for the Matched Funding Schemes in England and Wales
- An individual volunteer or a team of volunteers
- CASE members—the institution must be a member of CASE to participate
Nomination criteria:
- Nominees must have demonstrated measurable evidence of enhanced fundraising performance during the matched funding scheme by either increasing the number of donors, funds raised or number of volunteers engaged.
- They must also have shown a commitment to the development profession and the institution they support.
- Nominees must be endorsed by the senior fundraiser (e.g. director of development) or the head of the relevant institution/organisation.
How to nominate a volunteer for this award:
To nominate a candidate, please provide 500 words outlining his/her/their suitability for the award. This entry needs to be endorsed by the senior fundraiser (e.g. director of development) or the head of the relevant institution/organisation.
Please submit this to awardseurope@case.org by the deadline (nominations are now closed for 2012).
After the deadline, an awards sub-committee, formed by a cross-section of advancement professionals from across Europe, will review nominations to select a recipient. The CASE Europe Board of Trustees approves the winner of the award.
