About CASE
2010 Fellows

CASE has selected its Jupiter Fellows for 2010. Throughout the year, the eight undergraduate students will work with advancement staff at their institutions on projects in alumni relations, fundraising, communications or marketing.

Michelle Allen

Michelle Allen is a senior majoring in public policy analysis at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She will work with UNC’s Young Alumni Programs to establish the creation of an opt-in young alumni listserv and a young alumni survey.

Antse Atanga

Antse Atanga is a junior majoring in sports medicine at the University of Texas at Arlington and serves as the District IV CASE ASAP representative. She will work on projects for the university’s alumni association.

Jakub Canda

Jakub Canda is a junior from the Czech Republic studying business economics at the University of California, Los Angeles. He will work for the UCLA Alumni Association on increasing the use of data research to help improve attendance at alumni events.

Renee Cave

Renee Cave is a senior majoring in modern languages at Winthrop University. She will work on a university benchmarking project for engaging young alumni and assist in the rebranding of a signature alumni event.

Margaret Long

Margaret Long is a second-year student majoring in political science at Bowling Green State University. She will assist with planning and implementing the university’s Alumni & Friends Weekend.

David McLean

David McLean is a senior majoring in marketing at Pacific University. He will help the institution’s university relations department in its rebranding efforts.

Michael Olson

Michael Olson is a senior majoring in sociology at Emporia State University. He will assist the CASE ASAP office in planning the CASE ASAP Network Convention in Kansas City.

Kylie Patterson

Kylie Patterson is a senior majoring in African American studies and political science at Temple University. She will work in the university’s institutional advancement office.
