Delegate List

A delegates' list will be given to each and every delegate. We would like to establish the understanding that by registering, you agree to share your particulars such as name, designation, organization and email with the rest of the delegates. Please let us know if you would prefer not to share your particulars.

> Registration will close on 2 April 2018, 5pm (Singapore time). Please register early to avoid disappointment.


Registration Policies

* How to Register

Online: Login is required to register online. You can register online using a credit card as payment for conference fees. To register, select the appropriate conference segment that you would like to attend.

* Registration Procedures and Deadlines

  • If you are employed by a CASE member institution, you may register at the member rate.

  • To ensure your name appears in all on-site materials, CASE Asia-Pacific must receive your registration by 2 April 2018. You may still register after the deadline if space is available. For more information call +65 6778 3285.

  • Your registration is complete when payment is received in full.

* Confirmation

  • Once your conference registration has been processed you will immediately receive an email confirmation receipt. If you have not received an electronic receipt two weeks prior to the conference start date, simply call +65 6778 3285 to request a confirmation.

* Hotel Reservation Procedures and Deadlines

  • CASE Asia-Pacific negotiates a special hotel rate for conference attendees; hotel accommodation is not included in your conference registration fees. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.

  • The deadline is generally four weeks prior to the start of the conference to make your reservations at the special CASE conference rate. Please check the website for specific hotel information about the conference and make your reservations promptly to ensure room availability at the discounted rate.

  • Occasionally, room blocks fill before the hotel deadline, although the hotel may have additional rooms at a higher rate. If the conference hotel is completely sold out, consult your travel agent for alternative lodging.

* Changes/Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing by 5:00 PM (GMT+8), via email: asia-pacific@case.org. Refer to the following dates for refund deadlines. Name changes from the same institution are permitted at any time.

If CASE Asia-Pacific receives your cancellation:

  • For cancellations received by 6 March 2018, CASE Asia-Pacific will offer a full refund.

  • For cancellations received from 7 - 21 March 2018, CASE Asia-Pacific will offer a refund of the registration fees less a 20% cancellation fee

  • For cancellations received from 22 March 2018 onwards will not receive a refund, but substitute delegates will be accepted.

  • No-shows will not be refunded conference fees.

Also note the following:

  • Occasionally conferences fill to capacity before the registration deadline date, so we encourage you to register early.

  • CASE Asia-Pacific reserves the right to cancel any program.

  • Do not book your travel arrangements until you have received confirmation.

  • CASE Asia-Pacific is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents.
